GIST: "A judge has granted a motion by the innocence project to release evidence for more DNA testing in a 2001 sexual assault case. 29-year-old Joseph Buffey is in prison, convicted of robbery and the sexual assault of a Clarksburg woman back in 2001. According to the Exponent Telegram, the innocence project says testing the evidence in a lob whose methods are recognized by West Virginia State Police should show Buffey didn't do the crimes he's accused of."
