STORY: "Court orders new trial in 2005 shaken baby case," by WSAW staff,  published on January 11, 2013.

GIST: "A new trial date has been set for the Athens man convicted of shaking his four-month-old daughter to death. An appeals court upheld a decision to give Quentin Louis a new trial based on information about what causes symptoms associated with shaken baby syndrome......... In 2006, Quentin Louis was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the crime. He will face a jury all over again at the end of October."
