Bulletin: Rajesh and Nupur Talwar. 'India One' story on Facebook post calling for "fast track justice for the Talwars"; (The objective of this petition is to ensure a fast-track and impartial trial for Rajesh and Nupur Talwar re-examining the entire evidence available from a neutral point of view.)...Publisher's Note: " I will sign the petition and encourage the readers of this Blog to sign as well." (Link provided to the petition. HL);

PUBLISHER'S NOTE:  Every day that the Talwar's spend in prison compounds the injustice inflicted upon them, impedes the search for their daughter's real killer or killers, and prevents them  properly grieving her death. Fast-tracking cannot mean reducing ten years to five to reach an appeal. It must be a hearing that will be held as soon as possible in an open setting where the public can finally have confidence that justice is finally being done, in spite of the Central Bureau of Investigations efforts to muddy the waters by its bizarre, selective release of court documents relating to the case. I will sign the petition and encourage the readers of this Blog to sign as well.

"In yet another twist in the sensational 2008 double murder case involving the killing of 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar and her servant Hemraj, a social media post has raised questions on the CBI. In a Facebook page of "Free The Talwars", on Saturday, Oct 17, it was posted that why the CBI does not make all the documents public, if it is transparent. Talwars Talwars It further says, "On Oct 13, 2015, the CBI released court orders related to the Aarushi-Hemraj murders. We welcome this move even though all these documents were already available to the public on the Internet." [Aarushi Talwar Double Murder Case: 'Talvar' leaves many questions unanswered] "Unfortunately, if the objective of the CBI was to demonstrate its transparency, it would have been more credible had it released ALL materials in its possession, not just those that malign the Talwars", it said. The post further appeals to people to sign a petition on Change.Org, if they believe that Talwars are wrongly convicted. The petition says, "What is happening today with the Talwars can happen with any of us tomorrow."
