PUBLISHER'S NOTE: Dear Reader: it's been about a year since I have taken a break in order to charge the batteries. It has been a fascinating year with gripping matters such as developments in the aftermath of the Goudge Inquiry into many of Dr. Charles Smith's case, the desperate struggle of Hank Skinner to have DNA tests conducted before he is executed in Texas, and the desperate evidence of the Texas authorities to suppress the fact that they used junk science to execute an innocent man.
