Alison Dorsey: Iowa: Shaken Baby Syndrome case: Bulletin; Change of venue granted for second trial (following mistrial of day care provider accused of shaking a baby to death), KCCI reports. New trial to begin on June 20.

GIST: "A judge has granted a change of venue for the second trial of an Iowa day care provider charged with killing a baby.  The trial will now move to Pottawattamie County from Cass County.  Last year, a judge declared a mistrial in the case of Alison Dorsey after the jury couldn't reach a verdict. Dorsey is accused of shaking a baby to death at her Massena day care in 2019. The trial is set to begin on June 20."
