"The Ashley Smith inquest is delayed until June 13 but possibly later while coroner Dr. Bonita Porter decides how she will rule on three legal issues argued last week," the Toronto Star story by reporter Diana Zlomislic published on May 30, 2011 begins, under the heading, "Ashley Smith jurors might return June 13."
"First, should reporters and members of the public have to fill out a form explaining why they want access to a document or video filed in public court?," the story continues.
"Second, Porter is considering whether to withdraw her order threatening lawyers with contempt if they share exhibits that have been filed in court with reporters.
