"Opening statements begin Tuesday for a West Michigan man convicted of murdering a child. Leo Ackley's second trial will start in a Calhoun County courtroom Tuesday. Ackley's in prison right now, convicted in the 2011 murder of three-year-old Bailey Stenman. The second trial was granted by the (Michigan HL) Supreme Court.
