A Carlisle woman convicted of arson-murder in 1973 is set to get her first taste of freedom after more than four decades in prison.In a hearing held in the Cumberland County Courthouse on Friday afternoon, Judge Edward Guido granted Letitia Smallwood, 62, bail following his decision on Monday to vacate her conviction because of concerns about scientific flaws in the 1972 investigation.
