STORY:  "Court drops contempt charge against Erica Levin for allegedly trying to bribe  a juror in her husband's sexual assault trial," by reporter Kevin Martin, published by the Calgary Sun on May 31, 2013.

GIST: "With a criminal charge of obstruction pending, Calgary Court of Queen’s Bench will no longer pursue a contempt finding against Erica Levin. Justice Beth Hughes on Friday said in light of the ongoing prosecution of Levin for allegedly attempting to bribe a juror in her husband’s trial, her contempt citation would be dropped.........Bates will return to court in two weeks to set a trial date for the city woman."
