Bulletin: Kelli Jacobsen: Washington State; Jury still out; Poised to enter third day of deliberations; KEPR TV.

POST: "Jury still out on Jacobsen case," by reporter Frances Watson, published by KEPR TV on May 8, 2013.

GIST:  Eleven hours behind closed doors and counting, the jury is still out on the trial of a Richland nanny. Kelli Jacobsen is accused of aggravated manslaughter. The jury is poised to begin a third day of deliberations on whether Jacobsen killed a child in her care. The trial began two weeks ago. Prosecutors hoped to prove a history of abuse of the one-year old. Doctors testified to finding four-breaks in Ryder Morrison's arms, elbows and legs. Jacobsen's defense argued Ryder's own mother could be responsible for the abuse.........A jury of nine men and three women received the case Tuesday afternoon."
