Bulletin: Willie Manning: Mississippi court issues seven orders requiring police to conduct "diligent searches" for all evidence relating to his 1992 case involving two students - almost a year after his execution was stayed, his supporter's web-site 'justice4willie' reports.

POST: "Further developments in both cases," published by 'justice4willie' on March 12, 2014.

SUB-HEADINGS: "A can of worms in Mississippi; Danger of gross unfairness."

GIST: "Willie Jerome Manning has won the right to searches for evidence relating to his 1992 case involving two students. On March 6, 2014 the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court sent out seven orders, requiring ‘diligent’ searches to be made for all evidence related to the homicides of Jon Steckler and Tiffany Miller, and to the burglary of a car belonging to Jon Wise. The searches are to be conducted in the presence of up to two representatives of counsel for the State, and, simultaneously, up to two representatives of Willie’s counsel."

I have added a search box for content in this blog which now encompasses several thousand posts. The search box is located  near the bottom of the screen just above the list of links. I am confident that this powerful search tool provided by "Blogger" will help our readers and myself get more out of the site.

The Toronto Star, my previous employer for more than twenty incredible years, has put considerable effort into exposing the harm caused by Dr. Charles Smith and his protectors - and into pushing for reform of Ontario's forensic pediatric pathology system.
