STORY: "Battle of experts continues at Larry Swearingen hearing," by reporter Howard Roden published earlier today by Houston Community Newspapers.
GIST: "With the hearing in its second week, attorneys for the defense and prosecution spent the day attempting to poke holes in the testimony of forensic experts to determine the most reasonable time of Trotter’s death. Swearingen claims he could not have murdered Trotter because he was in the Montgomery County Jail starting Dec. 11, 1998.........The hearing is expected to conclude today."
