"A Summit County judge will hear oral arguments at a hearing June 12 on whether former Akron Police Capt. Douglas Prade should receive a new trial in the 1997 death of his ex-wife.........Prade, 69, was found guilty by a jury in 1998 of killing his wife, Margot Prade. Prosecutors oppose holding a new trial.
